My approach to therapy is an integrated healing of the mind, body, spirit and soul to bring wholeness, which is available to every one of us. Through the lens of trauma-informed care, I specialize in betrayal trauma, childhood trauma, attachment concerns, grief and loss, parenting challenges, and mental health disorders that interfere with daily living. In addition, I work with those engaged in recovery from addictions.
