I am interested in a wide range of issues related to anxiety, depression, family stress, interpersonal conflicts, work/life balance stresses, parenting concerns, aging stresses, domestic violence and a host of other concerns. Some individuals just need to talk their issues through for a few sessions. Others are seeking someone to walk through a longer period of time with them to address long-term, ongoing issues. Life comes with many challenges. Sometimes it is difficult to see the way through those challenges. I believe that all of us have the power to meet and overcome the challenges we face.
