I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who has over 14 years of experience working with adolescents and adults seeking help with traumatic experiences(childhood trauma, abuse, neglect, or any intense event or situation that caused emotional distress), occupational stress,l ife transitioning, daily stressors, anxiety, depression, relationships, grief and loss, self-esteem, sleep disturbance, anger management, and more.I provide a warm, empathetic, nonjudgmental and safe environment where my clients can be open and their authentic self.
