Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to visit my profile. People seek therapy for many different reasons, and over the past 15+ years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through a wide range of life challenges—including addiction and mental health concerns, major life transitions, illness adjustment, and stress within family systems. In recent years, my work has increasingly focused on helping clients heal from relational trauma. This can include the lasting effects of unmet childhood needs, emotionally harmful or antagonistic relationships, narcissistic abuse, toxic workplaces, bullying, and betrayal.
