I am an LCSW in New York State. I work with adults struggling with their anxiety, college, work, relationship issues, self-esteem, and other life stressors. I have a modern and relaxed approach to therapy. I aim to make sessions a comfortable experience for all clients. I utilize a combination of culturally competent psychotherapeutic techniques such as mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy.
