We're all on the journey to our best authentic self. Sometimes depression, anxiety and trauma get in the way of that journey. I place the autonomy of my clients at the top of my list. This means that you're in the driver's seat as we examine your personal or relationship issues. I have worked in Human Services for 23 years and received my license in 2015. I am LGBTQ affirming. I have deep experience in domestic violence, sexual assault and suicide prevention. I have a very friendly, laid back approach to put you quickly at ease. I'd love to be your therapist.
