“When we view adversity as a guide towards inner growth, we will then learn to accept the wisdom our souls came into this life to learn.” Lauren has experience working with victims of crime and domestic violence through her work as an advocate. Lauren interned at the Orlando Health Cancer Institute and has found a passion in working with clients who have been diagnosed with a life threatening illness. Lauren’s areas of focus also include complex trauma, grief, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, and depression.
