I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist who works with teen and adult clients. I have a special interest and experience working with teen clients (13+) and young adults on various issues that they face including fears, grief, trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, suicidal ideation, eating disorders, school stress, friendships, relationships, behavioural issues, body image, emotional regulation, peer pressure, neurodiversity, substance use, family issues, academic concerns, etc.
