My passion is to help people heal from relational trauma. For many of us, early relationships may not have offered the consistent connection or emotional attunement we needed. As a result, we can carry a quiet but persistent sense of disconnection. This isn't a personal failing, it often reflects the protective strategies we developed to help us get through what wasn't safe or nurturing at the time. I work with people who feel stuck in patterns like perfectionism, care-taking or over-working- strategies that once served a purpose but now feel limiting or exhausting. I help people unburden trauma so they can reconnect with joy.
