I provide holistic, trauma-informed clinical counselling for adults and youth healing from mental health challenges, trauma, life transitions and relationship difficulties. My approach uses somatic (body based) techniques combined with mindfulness approaches to working with thoughts and emotions. I aim to create a warm, therapeutic environment to work collaboratively on what is most meaningful to you. I take a holistic approach to counselling by including attention to mental, emotional, physical and spiritual domains.
