Hi, my name is Keara (she/her). I am committed to supporting survivors of gender-based violence, and I centre the needs of individuals from 2+LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, sex workers, and other marginalized communities. My practice is rooted in principles of feminism, social and environmental justice, and anti-oppressive care. I work with people facing a range of challenges, including chronic and pelvic pain, invisible illness and medical gaslighting, disordered eating, sexual trauma, grief and loss, and anxiety within various populations.
