Kathryn has experience working with individuals as well as running groups with adults, teens and kids. Individual therapy has typically focussed on: anxiety and depression, women’s issues, family struggles, trauma, physical and emotional abuse, neglect, phase of life issues, substance abuse, marital and relationship struggles, LGBTQ issues of gender identity, and major life transitions. Kathryn has also worked with teens facing a wide range of issues including: family separation, difficulty at school, substance abuse, anxiety and depression, peer pressure, self esteem and screen (social media/ games) safety.
