I have always strived to help others in any capacity I can. Working with children, adolescents, and families for over fifteen years, I am here to help guide you to a life with more clarity. Life certainly becomes challenging and my goal is to help you navigate through those challenges and find your inner strengths to overcome them. My experiences have prepared me to support you through challenges such as worry or anxiety, perinatal mental health, depression, life transitions, supportive parenting, family challenges, relationship struggles and schooling.
