I offer in office and remote appointments. At this time, more people than ever are experiencing depression and anxiety as a result of significant change in our society. I work with individuals, families and couples who are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, addictions, abusive relationships, trauma, and anger management. I believe that everyone has the potential to live a fulfilling and satisfying life, and experience happiness. My psychotherapy practice centers on relieving emotional pain which has accumulated through difficult life experiences and/or problematic thinking and behaviours.
