I’m an EMDR therapist in Sarasota, Florida who helps women feel like themselves again after trauma. Many of the clients I work with have faced challenges such as childhood trauma, sexual assault, domestic violence, complex trauma, and other distressing experiences. My approach is a kind and gentle therapy that integrates relational therapy, EMDR, and inner child work.
