Through a client-centered, non-judgemental approach, my goal is to journey along with individuals as they discover and develop internal resiliency. I specialize in relationships, trauma and addiction and have been working in the field of addiction and mental health for over 15 years. I am registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
