Having a safe place to decompress, receive validation and learn new skills can change your life! We all have the ability to heal ourselves, but any kind of therapy is hard work. I work with families experiencing relational issues and couples who need to learn or relearn how to work together. The end goal is different for each client, but we will work together to get you to a spot where you feel at ease. For those suffering with trauma or anxiety, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is offered as well.
