My goal as a counsellor is to create a safe and supportive space using a strengths-based approach. Together, we will explore stressors and concerns, set goals, and celebrate accomplishments. I work with youth, adults and couples who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns and sexual difficulties, and life transitions. I also am experienced in working with trauma and PTSD, specifically historical childhood sexual abuse and sexualized violence.
