About

I am a registered social worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and have been working in the field of providing counselling since 1997. I have degrees in psychology and women’s studies from York University, a counselling diploma (Assaulted Women's and Children's Counsellor Advocate) from George Brown College, a Bachelors degree in Social Work from Algoma University and a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Waterloo. I deliver productive and effective psychotherapy with a focus on processing past events/trauma, self-esteem building and developing coping mechanisms and strategies.
