Are you or your child struggling with issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression, or neurodivergence? You are not alone, and help is here. I am an EMDR therapist, and I can help people process trauma using EMDR and expressive arts, including Sandtray Therapy. I will be offering individual counselling services at Alberta Counselling Centre. I work with children, youth, and adults across the lifespan, creating a safe and supportive space to help clients navigate life’s challenges. My waitlist will be open for booking August 20, 2025, and I will start seeing clients in October 2025.
