Welcome to my profile. I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, panic, acute and chronic stress. Symptoms of anxiety, depression, avoidance, intrusive thoughts, dissociation, chronic illness, substance abuse, and relationship difficulties may be due to unresolved trauma from earlier in life.I utilize newer psychological approaches, such as EMDR, Somatic Transformation, Lifespan Integration, which are designed to change the way your brain processes information. All will involve talking about your feelings, thoughts, images, body sensations and integating conceptual knowledge with emotional and body experience. We may often "target" memories from the past to heal the present and visualize a positive future.
