My clients are introverts and highly sensitive souls that feel overwhelmed because the world is too fast, too noisy, too chaotic but worst of all filled with people lacking compassion. They usually struggle with non-reciprocal relationships and setting boundaries. They may have experienced narcissistic abuse or childhood trauma/neglect (I have professional/personal exp. with both). They are filled with feelings of anxiety/worry about the fact that they can't keep up with everyone else. If you are reading this, I commend you on taking this first step.
