I am EMDR Certified Therapist (EMDRIA), Reg. Psychotherapist (ON) and Reg. Social Worker (ON) with an academic background in law, clinical social work, mental health and trauma specialized training. I provide counseling and therapy services in different categories of concern, which may include traumatic life experiences, complex post-traumatic stress, developmental trauma, workplace trauma and managing life-work changes and transitions.
