“Healing is a matter of time, but it is also sometimes a matter of opportunity”-Hippocrates While working with Individual and families who are dealing with many different kinds of mental health issues; from deep grief/bereavement, childhood abuse, anxiety and depression, I have been privileged to witness healing(s) that many never thought possible. By creating a safe space and working in a collaborative, compassionate manner I have supported many people on their journey of healing and growth. Healing it’s self is the journey, it takes time, commitment, patience and hope.
