I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist who is here to help. Women specific matters, healing from complex trauma, struggling with emotionally regulating, or self-soothing with maladaptive behaviors (alcohol, gambling, relationships); I am here. I am passionate to work with both couples and individually and I have facilitating both relationship repairs and mediated uncoupling.
