Life challenges all of us. At times we need support in recovering from our experiences and learning new skills to move into our future with hope and confidence. I offer counseling for children, adolescents, and adults individually or as families. I have experience working with grief and loss, trauma and abuse recovery, divorce recovery, parenting issues, depression and anxiety. I incorporate many different therapeutic techniques but draw more strongly from cognitive-behavioral therapy. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
