I enjoy working alongside people who are curious about their healing and personal growth. I work with a wide range of concerns including complex and relational trauma such as systemic oppression, historical abuse and neglect. I support folks through life transitions and support folks in staying grounded and emotionally regulated. I may be a good fit for folks who are experiencing life transitions, experience on-going systemic oppression and looking for ways to live a more whole, authentic and present life.
