I have 20+ years experience working with children, teens, adults and families. I treat a number of mental health problems, and work to provide a safe and positive space. My focus is to help individuals heal from the roots of the problems in order to provide lasting change. The modalities I use most are EMDR, IFS, CBT and nuerofeedback, through an attachment lens.
