Human behaviour and understanding what influences it has always been an interest of mine and is what motivates me in my learning. I am passionate about mental health and overall well-being, and aim to meet my clients with where they are in their journey. I am intrigued by attachment theory and learning how these early life experiences can have such an influence on all of us throughout our lives. By exploring the impact that past experiences have on our current thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, we are able to gain a deeper understanding about ourselves. With this we can recognize future experiences that may create similar feelings.
