If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, you are not alone, and healing is possible. I offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore your story, process painful experiences, and begin to reconnect with your sense of self. I have experience working with survivors of domestic violence, sexual abuse, and complex trauma. I’m a pre-licensed therapist serving clients across Florida, and I take a trauma-informed, client-centered approach to every session.
