If you are looking to heal from past pain, end destructive patterns, reconnect with your body, or choose and cultivate meaningful, intimate relationships: Welcome! I work with clients suffering from relational trauma and abuse, grief and loss, PTSD, anxiety, depression, past sexual abuse, and addictions. My ability to guide others is informed by my training but rooted in my own experiences of suffering, and of the utter relief of finding my own healing path.
