About

I have completed an MA in Counselling Psychology at SFU. My approach to therapy is based on attachment theory and interpersonal neurobiology. I provide trauma-informed and evidence-based care to facilitate a deep, compassionate exploration of your experiences. Our relationship is the foundation - it is here that we do the work that leads to growth and healing. In order to make changes (from big picture, bucket list goals, to coping with mental illness and stress, to tolerating the everyday experiences that shape our lives), we need to view ourselves and our histories realistically. We need to make meaning of our lives.
