Hello, my name is Fernando Zavala. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I aim to create a warm, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their challenges and work toward meaningful change. My therapeutic approach combines evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with empathic understanding, recognizing that each person's journey is unique. I work with a variety of populations from ages 5 and up.
