I'm licensed in Québec. I like to help adults experiencing trauma consequences. I also work with people who want to find tools to manage grief, anxiety, burnout, posttraumatic stress, and depression. Likewise, I support people in recovering from the aftermath of violence. My goal is to promote emotional well-being with humanistic and integrative tools. The languages I speak are English, French and Spanish.
