I'm Erica Khamvongsa, LMFT. The approach to therapy I use is EMDR, with mindfulness. I work with clients who are experiencing being in a loophole in their trauma responses. I am here to help clients heal from their trauma. My focus areas in my practice are childhood trauma, domestic violence, sexual abuse, and depression. Learning to love yourself is hard, especially after a traumatic experience or experience. I'm here to help clients to be gentle with themselves, healing is a journey, not a race.
