About

Due to my own personal experience with childhood trauma, I work mostly with clients who have suffered trauma/PTSD. I also have experience working with those who have gone through or are going through a divorce, who are experiencing anxiety, and depression. I have a more collaborative approach. I tend to be more conversational and laid back. I am also very patient and will respect your timeframe. Not everyone wants to address the hard parts right away. I enjoy working with clients who are consistent and put in the work.
