I am dedicated to helping teens, young adults, and adults navigate life’s challenges and transitions. I enjoy working with clients as they explore their identity and concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship dynamics. I also enjoy working with college students as they navigate the unique stressors that college life brings. As a former advocate for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, I am especially passionate about assisting survivors on their path toward healing.
