Empowering individuals to help transform their personal challenges and reach their desired goals has always been my primary focus. I work with adults in individual therapy who struggle with depression, anxiety, grief, and/or relationship issues. Additionally, I treat individuals who have difficulties moving on from specific negative experiences (i.e., whether it be from a painful breakup, loss of a job, an accident, abuse, etc.), which prevents one from going forward in life. The aim is to heal from these experiences so that one starts to feel less burdened and more present with oneself and others.
