If you are looking to heal after trauma, I want to support you on that journey. I work with adult clients who are looking for real solutions to their psychological needs through collaborative, empowering, and affirming therapy approaches. I focus on helping clients form an in-depth understanding of how and why their problems persist, identify their personal strengths and values, and build their own expertise over mental health patterns and solutions. I also have unique expertise in working with Veterans and first responders, as well as LGBTQIA+ clients.
