My primary clinical focus is posttraumatic stress. I have approximately 15 years experience providing evidence-based cognitive-behavioural treatments (e.g., PE, CPT) to Veterans, serving members of the Canadian Armed Forces, police, firefighters, EMS professionals, and others struggling to cope with traumatic events like assaults or accidents. I also work extensively with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and a range of anxiety problems such as panic, generalized anxiety & worry, social anxiety, and specific phobias. Other problems I treat include insomnia, depression, and body-focussed repetitive behaviours (e.g., trichotillomania).
