I provide trauma-informed integrative care to individuals with a history of trauma, childhood trauma, neglect, and/or abuse, PTSD, C-PTSD, traumatic grief, and intergenerational trauma. As a whole, I work with individuals who come into therapy with a specific goal to address anxiety, mood, or ADHD symptoms to improve daily functioning. During our work, we often find that there is an undiagnosed, misdiagnosed, or unattended history of trauma that compounds mental health symptoms and overall functioning. Additional telehealth practice services include life and wellness coaching, with an emphasis on nutrition and lifestyle wellness.
