Hi, welcome! I specialize in trauma-informed care, drawing on my experience serving the Native community at Indian health. My heart is in working with adults and elders. I approach therapy with cultural sensitivity, recognizing and addressing intergenerational trauma to help create a safe place for healing. I have experience working with trauma, grief and loss, adjustment to life changes, and specific phobias.
