As an EMDR therapist with specialized training, I work especially well with individuals who have experienced trauma. This includes working with folks who have experienced single event traumas, like a major car accident or a sexual assault. This also includes working with persons who have experienced developmental traumas, like growing up with a physically abusive father, where there are often multiple traumatic events that occur over a longer span of time. In addition to trauma, I do have numerous years of experience working with other challenges like anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, and grief.
