Relationships have the power to both hurt and heal us. I enjoy working with couples and individuals who struggle with unresolved traumas, relationship issues, mood disorders, and life transitions. I offer a trauma-informed creative and grounded approach to counseling. I use attachment-based approaches in EMDR, Expressive Arts, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help people move toward healing and reduce suffering.
