Are you feeling stuck? Disconnected from yourself and the life you want to live? You are not alone. I am a registered social worker with over a decade of experience working alongside people navigating some of life's most challenging moments. Much of my work has focused on supporting people in working through their experiences of sexual assault/abuse, intimate partner violence, life transitions, and the impacts of navigating life in general. My focus is on de-stigmatizing and de-pathologizing the adaptive ways people develop to survive the hard stuff, and support people in developing new resources and processing their experiences.
