Hi, I'm Cindy! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Northeast Florida, working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adults (18+); specializing in helping to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression; using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Client-Centered approaches to help clients make progress and start feeling better. I am passionate about helping people who "feel stuck, get unstuck". I work with adults (18+) struggling with some of today's most common problems, such as stress, anxiety, depression, aging, boundary setting and managing difficult relationships.
