I am the owner and founder of Shattered Not Broken Therapy ( SNB). I’ve always had a passion for problem-solving, helping others sort through their challenges, and helping create a balance they struggled to find on their own. As a child, I’ve witnessed substance abuse and domestic violence within my family and community. This caused me to see and understand not only trauma but other impacts that have caused mental health conditions through the eyes of a child and an adult. My goal is to meet you where you are and together mend those shattered pieces one step at a time through gaining insight, healing, happiness, and peace.
