I'm a Clinical Psychologist with 25+ years of experience helping people deal with life's problems and challenges. I've helped hundreds of people find healing, improved coping, and the ability to create a life worth living. Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, hiking, yoga, and cooking for family and friends. work with adults from 18-90+. I help people from all walks of life, with many different problems, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief issues, relational problems, abuse survivors, and those with neurodivergent issues. I've treated LGBTQ+ clients and their allies.
