I work with many Postpartum Depression clients whose depression has now manifested into anxiety. Hormones are everywhere and I help women understand why they are feeling overwhelmed as a new mother and how to find solutions to their problems. Sometimes we walk the pregnancy together. Also, I have a variety of relationship, marital, depression, anxiety, and domestic violence clients. Life can be a challenge and sometimes we feel unworthy or unsure of ourselves. Very understandable. I help clients regain their inner strength, courage, and self-worth, to face life challenges.
