I am a licensed therapist with a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate the complex and often painful effects of trauma. With years of experience supporting diverse populations—including active duty military service members—I provide a grounded, compassionate space for clients to heal, grow, and reclaim their sense of self. In addition to trauma-focused therapy, I work extensively with clients experiencing depression, low self-worth, and difficulty maintaining emotional balance.
